Strictly no refunds, Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd do however offer exchanges.
Exchanges
Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calender days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number to start the return process.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs of the return/exchange process. Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd do not credit the original shipping charges.
Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd have a handling fee of R50 per exchange.

Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd do not credit the original shipping charges.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
In the event that Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd not have the specific product that a customer want to exchange for we will notify them accordingly.
No exchanges for full price items to sale prices, sale prices are for new orders only.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns on SALE items or GIFT CARDS.
Some sale items are end of range and we will not continue production on end of range products.
