SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jowas. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Once the courier has received your parcel, they will deliver within 2-5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (Black Friday and Sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We do not guarantee that your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.

Your order will only be delivered to a valid address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 17h00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of Your Order.

Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the Order after 2 attempts, You may be liable for additional delivery charges or We may elect to cancel Your Order, in which event We will refund You the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer R85 flat rate shipping in South Africa, subject to the size of your order and there may be additional charges if your address is located in a remote area but we will notify you accordingly via email. If you are unsure if your address is in a remote area please contact us via email and provide us with your address so we can do a quote for you.

We can however not courier to farms, plots and mines.

We use The Courier Guy, DSV, Fastway and Aramex to ship your products. If you prefer a certain courier of the last mentioned please inform us with a note on the check out page. We may use Postnet, Pep Paxi or the Post Office.

Once the courier has received your parcel, they will deliver within 2-5 business days.

We ship our products from Cape Town, overnight delivery option is available at request.

Tracking your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages

Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & exchanges

Please read our Refund Policy for a full disclosure.

Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calender days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number to start the return process .

Strictly no refunds, we do however offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs of the return/exchange process. Jowas Grill (Pty) Ltd does not credit the original shipping charges.

When your package has been booked on our courier partner’s system, we cannot change any contents of your order.
